Both options exist. Every build includes 30 to 90 days of post-launch support depending on the package. After that, optional care plans start at ₹999 a month and cover hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, weekly backups, security updates and a set number of content edits. The plans are month-to-month — cancel any time and the site keeps running.

Your logo and brand colours if you have them, photographs of your products, premises or past work, the list of services or products you want shown, and your contact and location details. That is usually enough to begin. If photography is the bottleneck we start with licensed stock imagery and swap in your own shots later at no extra cost.

Yes, and sometimes that is the cheaper answer. We audit what you have first — if the structure and content are sound and the problem is presentation, speed or mobile layout, a redesign on the existing foundation costs less than a rebuild. If the site is on a platform that is holding you back, we will say so plainly rather than charge you to decorate it.

We work remotely with clients across India and internationally, over call, email and WhatsApp. Everything from the first scoping conversation to the staging review and final handover happens online, so your location only matters for the local SEO configuration — not for whether we can take the project.

No. Logged-in shoppers are identified by Shopify, and guests are limited to one play per email address — enforced on the server, not in the browser, so clearing cookies does not help. A guest using a brand-new email is the inherent limit of anonymous play.

Yes. We fully support GDPR and Shopify’s privacy requirements, including the customer and shop data-request and redaction webhooks. Merchants can submit data deletion requests from the admin — see our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page for details.

PlayForge is on the Shopify App Store — install it from there and it appears in your Shopify admin. Once installed, enable the App embed in your theme and publish your first campaign.
